WAiFER joins the NVIDIA Inception Program.

NVIDIA Inception is NVIDIA's free, application-based program for startups — no fees, no equity taken. Members get access to technical training and NVIDIA's developer resources, preferred pricing on select hardware and software, free cloud and compute credits from NVIDIA and its partners, exposure to the venture-capital community through Inception Capital Connect, and co-marketing reach. It is a maturity-tiered program admitted to on the strength of the startup and its product — Oknek being ours.

For a company whose thesis is runtime security for autonomous AI agents, the useful parts are concrete: compute for the behavioral-model work on our roadmap, NVIDIA's technical resources, and an introduction path to the investor network — the exact lever a technically deep, go-to-market-early company needs.

Oknek's enforcement core is kernel-level and deterministic — it does not need a model to hold. The place NVIDIA compute earns its keep is the layer above enforcement: the behavioral-intelligence work that turns a network of watched agents into a model of what normal looks like, so drift is caught earlier and with fewer false alarms. That is GPU-shaped work, and membership shortens the path to running it.

• Compute & training credits for the behavioral-model roadmap — the part of the system that learns, as distinct from the part of the system that enforces.
• Technical resources — NVIDIA's developer program, training, and engineering guidance as we scale the intelligence layer.
• Investor and go-to-market reach — Inception Capital Connect and co-marketing, aimed squarely at the thing that actually gates us: design partners and customers, not more engineering.

Three things this announcement does not license us to imply, written down so you can hold us to them:

• It is not an NVIDIA endorsement or certification of Oknek. Inception vets the startup for admission to a support program. Nobody at NVIDIA audited oknekd, our rules, or our claims, and NVIDIA does not recommend Oknek.
• It is not a partnership. WAiFER is one of many NVIDIA Inception program members. We don't speak for NVIDIA, and membership doesn't make NVIDIA speak for us.
• It changes nothing about what Oknek is. Enforcement is in-kernel and vendor-independent — Oknek guards agents whatever hardware or model they run on, and it worked the same way the day before WAiFER was accepted.

What it is: a serious infrastructure company looking at who we are and what we're building, and deciding we belong in the room. We'll take that — accurately described — every time.
